Sacrament Meeting
We are not invisible to the Lord.
We must wait upon Him.
Isaiah 40:31-
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
Wait is to hope, anticipate, and to trust.
2 Nephi 31:20-
"Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life."
As we wait upon the Lord and keep the commandments, we will be blessed; our trials will be lifted in the last days.
We are not alone in our trials, Heavenly Father is always watching over us; we never stand alone.
Remember that it is not my will, but thy will be done.

Sealing keys are necessary to the Second Coming.
We must be Saviors on Mount Zion to those who have passed on.
We cannot be made perfect without our ancestors.
There is more to life than Facebook, Twitter, Angry Birds, etc. Use the internet to do Family History work.

It is better to look up. Look to God when you are going through trials.
Be like Nephi, go and do as you are commanded or asked without complaint. Be strong in your convictions.
1 Nephi 20:10
"For, behold, I have refined thee, I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction."
God gives us trials to help us grow. If we bear them well, we will be exalted.
We are here to prepare to meet the Lord.
Trails are not to hurt us or to make us turn from the Lord, they are for us to trust in Him.
The hardest times are when we grow the most.

Sunday School:
Mosiah 5:1-4
"And now it came to pass that when king Benjamin had thus spoken to his people, he sent among them, desiring to know of his people if they believed the words which he had spoken unto them.
And they all cried with one voice, saying: Yea, we believe all the words which thou hast spoken unto us; and also, we know of their surety and truth, because of the Spirit of the Lord Omnipotent, which has wrought a mighty change in us, or in our hearts, that we have no more disposition to do evil, but to do good continually.
And we, ourselves, also, through the infinite goodness of God, and the manifestations of his Spirit, have great views of that which is to come; and were it expedient, we could prophesy of all things.
And it is the faith which we have had on the things which our king has spoken unto us that has brought us to this great knowledge, whereby we do rejoice with such exceedingly great joy.
And we are willing to enter into a covenant with our God to do his will, and to be obedient to his commandments in all things that he shall command us, all the remainder of our days, that we may not bring upon ourselves a never-ending torment, as has been spoken by the angel, that we may not drink out of the cup of the wrath of God."
What did they learn?
They had a change of heart due to the Spirit.
The Atonement is a spiritual and a physical change. When you repent, you will be physically changed as well. The Atonement does not fix you, it changes you!
Proverbs 3:3-5
    "Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart;
So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding."
2 Nephi 27:23
"For behold, I am God; and I am a God of miracles and I will show unto the world that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and I work not among the children of men save it be according to their faith."
Moroni 7:3
"Wherefore, I would speak unto you that are of the church, that are the peaceable followers of Christ, and that have obtained a sufficient hope by which ye can enter into the rest of the Lord, from this time henceforth until ye shall rest with him in heaven."
Doctrine and Covenants 82:10
"I, the Lord, am bound when ye do what I say; but when ye do not what I say, ye have no promise."

Faith is a verb, we must act upon it.
